PCOM's Monthly Seminar was held on Monday, October 1. Sponsored by the Center for Chronic Disorders of Aging, the seminar featured a lecture entitled "From Serendipity to Enlightenment: A Pathogen in the Genesis of Alzheimer’s disease".

"From Serendipity to Enlightenment: A Pathogen in the Genesis of Alzheimer’s disease" is an introduction to and a history of Alzheimer's disease research being conducted in the labs of Denah Appelt, PhD, and Brian Balin, PhD. This fascinating journey is described by Dr. Balin, the director of the Center for Chronic Disorders of Aging (CCDA), and the co-director of the Adolph and Rose Levis Foundation Laboratory for Alzheimer's Disease Research.

Please feel free to check out the lecture at https://tegr.it/y/pavn (works best in Internet Explorer).
